Letting Go of Normal
It’s ok to let go of some expectations of “normal” during this unprecedented time

These days, both kids and adults are probably going to be getting a lot more screen time. That’s ok – do what you need to stay sane! But remember the 20/20/20 rule to reduce eye strain. Look far away, out a window if possible, to relax your eyes…. before you come back at what you were doing
The true number of infected people is much greater than the published numbers. We just haven’t found/tested them yet
Rest assured that #ContactLens wear is safe during the #COVID19 pandemic as long as proper hand washing and disinfecting procedures are followed
– Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds before touching your eyes, especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
– If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.
– Contact lenses should be either disposed daily or disinfected daily.
– Disinfect your glasses, especially if you remove and put them on multiple times in a day
Be extremely careful. Now is not the time to get an eye infection!
Stay home even if you do not have any symptoms!
